Scott Haze (lahir 28 Juni 1993) merupakan seorang aktor, sutradara dan penulis Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal sebagai aktor dalam film Child of God (2013), Midnight Special (2016), Only the Brave (2017), Thank You for Your Service (2017) dan Venom (2018).

Scott Haze lahir di Dallas, Texas. Ia adalah alumnus Stella Adler Conservatory and Playhouse West, yang didirikan oleh Robert Carnegie dan Sanford Meisner. Pada tahun 2006, Ia membayangkan, membangun dan mendirikan The Sherry Theatre di North Hollywood Arts District di California, menamai teater tersebut dengan nama ibunya. Drama yang disutradarai dan ditulis olehnya antara lain Devil's Night tahun 2006 dan Angel Asylum tahun 2011.
