Patricia Rooney Mara /ˈmɛərə/ MAIR-ə (lahir 17 April 1985) adalah aktris Amerika Serikat. Ia terjun ke dunia perfilman pada tahun 2005, lalu membintang sejumlah film seperti Tanner Hall, A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Social Network, dan Trash.

Pada tahun 2011, ia memerankan Lisbeth Salander, tokoh utama dalam The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo besutan David Fincher berdasarkan seri buku Millennium karya Stieg Larsson.
