Revolusi Guatemala (bahasa Spanyol: Revolución de Guatemala) adalah periode dalam sejarah Guatemala yang berlangsung dari masa pemberontakan rakyat yang berhasil melengserkan diktator Jorge Ubico pada tahun 1944 hingga terjadinya kudeta yang didalangi oleh Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1954 yang menggulingkan Presiden Jacobo Árbenz. Revolusi Guatemala juga dikenal dengan sebutan Sepuluh Tahun Musim Semi, dan merupakan satu-satunya masa demokrasi perwakilan dalam sejarah Guatemala dari tahun 1930 sampai akhir perang saudara pada tahun 1996. Selama revolusi ini, diadakan program reformasi agraria yang sangat berpengaruh di Amerika Latin.
