Ramana Maharshi /ˈrʌmənə məˈhɑːrʃi/ (30 Desember 1879–14 April 1950) adalah salah satu guru India yang paling dikenal pada zaman modern. Ia lahir dengan nama Venkataraman Iyer, di Tiruchuzhi, Tamil Nadu, India Selatan.
