RAND Corporation ("Research ANd Development") adalah wadah pemikir kebijakan global nirlaba Amerika Serikat yang didirikan tahun 1948 oleh Douglas Aircraft Company untuk membantu Angkatan Bersenjata Amerika Serikat di bidang penelitian dan analisis.
