QAnon (/kjuːəˈnɒn/) adalah sebuah teori konspirasi sayap kanan jauh yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat rencana rahasia yang dilakukan oleh "negara rahasia" terhadap Presiden AS Donald Trump dan para pendukungnya. Teori tersebut dimulai dengan sebuah pos Oktober 2017 pada papan gambar 4chan anonim oleh beberapa orang yang memakai tripcode Q. Diyakini, satu orang Amerika yang kemudian berkembang menjadi meliputi banyak orang, mengklaim memiliki akses informasi terklasifikasi yang melibatkan pemerintahan Trump dan para lawannya di Amerika Serikat. Pengguna tersebut menuduh sejumlah aktor Hollywood, politikus dan pejabat tingkat tinggi terikat dalam lingkar perdagangan seks anak-anak, dan mengklaim bahwa Donald Trump berpura-pura kolusi dengan Rusia dalam rangka membujuk Robert Mueller untuk bergabung dengannya untuk menyoroti lingkar tersebut, dan menghindari kudeta dari Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton dan George Soros. "Q" adalah sebuah rujukan kepada pembersihan Q rahasia tingkat tinggi.
