Piera Degli Esposti (12 Maret 1938 – 14 Agustus 2021) adalah seorang aktris asal Italia. Ia tampil pada lebih dari 70 film dan acara televisi sejak tahun 1966 hingga 2020. Pada tahun 2009, ia memenangkan penghargaan David di Donatello untuk Aktris Pendukung Terbaik atas perannya sebagai Ny. Enea dalam film Il Divo.
