Phyre dan Phyre2 (Protein Homology/AnalogY Recognition Engine; diucapkan seperti kata 'fire') adalah layanan berbasis website gratis untuk prediksi struktur protein. Phyre adalah salah satu metode paling populer untuk informasi prediksi struktur protein dan telah dikutip 1.500 kali. Seperti teknik pengenalan homologi jarak jauh lainnya (lihat Threading), Phyre mampu menghasilkan model protein yang andal secara teratur ketika metode lain yang juga banyak digunakan seperti PSI-BLAST tidak dapat melakukannya. Phyre2 telah dirancang untuk memastikan antarmuka yang ramah pengguna bagi pengguna yang tidak terlalu mahir dalam metode prediksi struktur protein.
