Pertempuran Belanda (bahasa Belanda: Slag om Nederland) adalah bagian dari invasi Jerman ke Belgia, Luksemburg, Belanda dan Prancis selama Perang Dunia II. Pertempuran ini terjadi dari tanggal 10 Mei 1940 hingga 14 Mei 1940 ketika pasukan utama Belanda menyerah.
