Persepuluhan atau perpuluhan adalah kegiatan memberikan 10% dari penghasilan kepada tempat ibadah. Sekarang persepuluhan biasanya dilakukan dengan sukarela dan dibayar dengan uang, cek, atau saham. Dulunya persepuluhan dibayar dalam bentuk produk pertanian atau sejenisnya. Yahudi Ortodoks umumnya melaksanakan ma'aser kesafim (memberikan 10% dari pendapatan mereka untuk amal). Di Israel modern, orang-orang Yahudi masih tetap mengikuti hukum persepuluhan pertanian, seperti ma'aser rishon, terumat ma'aser, dan ma'aser sheni, tetapi tidak melaksanakan persepuluhan hewan karena tidak ada Bait Allah yang berdiri.
