Perjanjian Foinike, juga dikenal sebagai Perdamaian Foinike, adalah sebuah perjanjian yang mengakhiri Perang Makedonia Pertama. Perjanjian tersebut diadakan di Foinike pada 205 SM. Keseimbangan politik Yunani antara Makedonia di bawah kepemimpinan Philip V dan Liga Aetolian ditimbulkan oleh perang antara Romawi dan Kartago.
