Perang saudara Romawi Timur 1341–1347

Perang saudara Romawi Timur 1341–1347, kadang-kadang disebut Perang Saudara Palaiologos Kedua, adalah konflik yang meletus setelah kematian Andronikos III Palaiologos perihal siapa yang akan menjadi wali penerusnya yang masih berumur sembilan tahun, Yohanes V Palaiologos. Perang ini berlangsung antara menteri Yohanes VI Kantakouzenos melawan Maharani Anna dari Savoy, Patriark Konstantinopel Yohanes XIV Kalekas, dan megas doux Alexios Apokaukos. Perang ini memecah masyarakat Romawi Timur berdasarkan kelas karena para aristokrat mendukung Kantakouzenos sementara kelas menengah dan bawah mendukung sang maharani sebagai wali. Konflik ini juga dikaitkan dengan agama, karena saat itu kontroversi Hesychast sedang mencuat, dan doktrin mistis Hesychasm dikaitkan dengan dukungan kepada Kantakouzenos.

Tanggal September 1341 hingga 8 Februari 1347 Lokasi Thessaly, Makedonia, Trakia, dan Konstantinopel Hasil Yohanes VI Kantakouzenos mengalahkan wali, dan diakui sebagai kaisar senior Perubahan wilayah Serb menguasai Makedonia (kecuali Thessalonika) dan Albania dan segera setelah Epirus dan Thessaly, Bulgaria menguasai Trakia utara
