Penguin Books adalah penerbit dari Britania Raya. Penerbit ini didirikan tahun 1935 oleh Sir Allen Lane dan saudaranya, Richard dan John, sebagai anak penerbit The Bodley Head, lalu membentuk perusahaan terpisah satu tahun kemudian. Penguin mengubah industri penerbitan pada tahun 1930-an dengan mengeluarkan buku sampul lunak murah yang dijual di Woolworths dan toko-toko besar.
