Pengadilan Partai Industrial (25 November – 7 Desember 1930) (bahasa Rusia: Процесс Промпартии, Pengadilan Prompartiya) adalah sebuah pengadilan acara dimana beberapa ilmuwan dan ekonom Soviet dituduh dan didakwa merencanakan kudeta melawan pemerintahan Uni Soviet.
Nikolai Krylenko, deputi Komisar Rakyat (menteri) Keadilan, asisen Prosekutor Umum RSFSR dan Bolshevik berpengaruh, memprosekusi kasus tersebut. Kepala hakimnya adalah Andrey Vyshinsky, kemudian lawan Krylenko yang dikenal sebagai prosekutor di Pengadilan Moskwa pada 1936-1938.
