Pemilihan umum Britania Raya 1923 diadakan pada 6 Desember 1923. Partai Konservatif, pimpinan Stanley Baldwin, memenangkan kursi terbanyak, namun Partai Buruh, pimpinan Ramsay MacDonald, dan Partai Liberal pimpinan H. H. Asquith menghasilkan parlemen gantung. Ini adalah pemilihan umum BR terakhir dimana partai ketiga (Partai Liberal) meraih lebih dari 100 kursi, atau meraih lebih dari 26% suara.
