Patricia T. Arquette (lahir 8 April 1968) merupakan seorang aktris berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang memenangkan Golden Globe Award sebagai aktris terbaik. Dia dilahirkan di Chicago, Illinois. Menikah dengan Nicolas Cage pada tahun 1995 hingga 2006 kemudian menikah dengan Thomas Jane pada 25 Juni 2006. Dia juga memerankan tokoh Avery Ryan di CSI: Cyber dan juga muncul di beberapa episode CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
