Florence Lowe "Pancho" Barnes (22 Juli 1901 - 30 Maret 1975) adalah seorang pilot perempuan dalam Women's Air Derby. Ia juga seorang pilot yang mampu memecahkan rekor penerbangan dunia pada tahun 1930. Ia juga nantinya akan menjalankan sebuah restoran dan bar bernama Happy Bottom Riding Club yang lokasinya terletak di Gurun Mojave, yang dimana tempat tersebut terkenal sering dikunjungi oleh para pilot uji coba Pangkalan Angkatan Udara Edwards, termasuk salah satunya, Chuck Yeager.
