Hebrides Luar (/ˈhɛbrɪdiːz/), juga dikenal sebagai Kepulauan Barat (bahasa Gaelik Skotlandia: Na h-Eileanan Siar [nə ˈhelanən ˈʃiəɾ] atau Na h-Eileanan an Iar [nəˈhelanən əˈɲiəɾ]), Innse Gall ("kepulauan orang-orang asing") atau Long Isle atau juga Long Island (bahasa Gaelik Skotlandia: An t-Eilean Fada), adalah sebuah rangkaian pulau yang terletak di lepas pantai barat dataran Skotlandia. Pulau-pulau ini pada dasarnya saling menyatu dengan Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, satu dari 32 wilayah dewan bersatu Skotlandia.
