Otoritas karismatik adalah konsep kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan oleh sosiolog Jerman Max Weber. Ini melibatkan jenis organisasi atau jenis kepemimpinan di mana otoritas berasal dari karisma pemimpin. Ini berbeda dengan dua jenis otoritas lainnya: otoritas legal dan otoritas tradisional. Ketiga jenis ini membentuk bagian dari klasifikasi tripartit otoritas Max Weber.
