Oh Jung-se (lahir 26 Februari 1977) adalah aktor Korea Selatan. Ia memulai kariernya dalam dunia teater dan sejak itu telah muncul dalam banyak film sebagai peran pendukung selama bertahun-tahun seperti dalam film Petty Romance (2010), Couples (2011), As One (2012), A Millionaire On the Run (2012), dan Running Man (2013). Tetapi, penampilannnya dalam film komedi romantis tahun 2013 berjudul How to Use Guys with Secret Tips membuatnya mendapat perhatian khusus dari para kritikus dan penonton. Hal ini membawanya mendapatkan peran utama pertamanya dalam film tahun 2013 berjudul The Hero.
