Milinda Pañha ("Pertanyaan-Pertanyaan Milinda") adalah sebuah teks Buddha yang berasal dari antara 100 SM dan 200 SM. Karya tersebut mencatat dialog antara murid Buddha Nāgasena, dan raja Indo-Yunani Menander I (Pali: Milinda) dari Bactria, yang berkuasa di Sagala (sekarang Sialkot, Pakistan).
Milinda Pañha dianggap sebagai kanonik oleh umat Buddha Burma, masuk sebagai bagian dari kitab Khuddaka Nikaya.
