Hereford Mappa Mundi adalah sebuah peta dunia (bahasa Latin: mappa mundi) abad pertengahan yang diketahui, dari sebuah bentuk yang berasal dari susunan T dan O, yang berasal dari sekitar tahun 1300. Peta tersebut disimpan di Katedral Hereford, Hereford, Inggris. Peta tersebut adalah peta abad pertengahan terbesar yang diketahui masih ada. Sebuah mappa mundi yang lebih besar, peta Ebstorf, dihancurkan oleh pengeboman Sekutu pada 1943, meskipun foto-fotonya masih ada.
