Ma'alot-Tarshiha (Ibrani: מַעֲלוֹת-תַּרְשִׁיחָא; bahasa Arab: معالوت ترشيحا) adalah kota campuran di Distrik Utara di Israel, sekitar 20 kilometer (12 mil) dari timur Nahariya, sekitar 600 meter (1.969 kaki) dari permukaan laut. Kota tersebut didirikan pada 1963 melalui penyatuan kota Arab Tarshiha dan kota Yahudi Ma'alot. Menurut Brio Pusat Statistik Israel (CBS), pada Desember 2009 kota tersebut memiliki penduduk berjumlah 20,600 jiwa.
