Layanan Pos Amerika Serikat (bahasa Inggris: United States Postal Service), yang juga dikenal sebagai Post Office, U.S. Mail, atau Postal Service, yang sering disingkat sebagai USPS, adalah sebuah agensi independen pemerintah Amerika Serikat yang bertugas menyediakan layanan pos di Amerika Serikat. Agensi tersebut merupakan salah satu dari beberapa agensi pemerintah yang secara khusus dikendalikan oleh Konstitusi Amerika Serikat.

U.S. Mail bermula pada 1775 saat Kongres Benua Kedua, dimana Benjamin Franklin dilantik menjadi postmaster general pertama. Post Office Department dibuat pada 1792 dari operasi Franklin, ditingkatkan menjadi departemen tingkat kabinet pada 1872, dan diubah pada 1971 menjadi Layanan Pos AS sebagai sebuah agensi pemerintah AS.
