Kumail Nanjiani (lahir 2 Mei 1978) merupakan seorang aktor, komika, pembawa acara dan penulis naskah Amerika Serikat-Pakistan. Ia dikenal sebagai aktor utama dalam serial televisi Silicon Valley dari HBO dan pengisi suara karakter Prismo dalam serial televisi animasi Adventure Time. Ia membintangi serial televisi Franklin & Bash dari TNT dan Newsreaders dari Adult Swim. Ia menjadi pembawa acara The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail dari Comedy Central. Pada tahun 2017, ia menjadi aktor utama dan berperan sebagai diri sendiri dalam film The Big Sick, di mana naskahnya ditulis olehnya bersama sang istri, Emily V. Gordon.
