Kuartet Timur Tengah, terkadang disebut Kuartet Diplomatik atau Kuartet Madrid atau singkatnya Kuartet adalah empat negara dan entitas internasional dan supranasional yang terlibat dalam memediasi proses perdamaian Israel-Palestina. Kuartet tersebut terdiri dari Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, Amerika Serikat, Uni Eropa dan Rusia. Kelompok tersebut didirikan di Madrid pada 2002, yang menyerukan Konferensi Madrid 1991, sebagai hasil penyelesaian konflik di Timur Tengah. Duta Khusus saat ini dari Kuartet tersebut adalah Kito de Boer, yang menjabat setelah pengunduran diri Tony Blair pada 2015.
