Konsili Lyon Kedua adalah konsili ekumenikal keempat belas dari Gereja Katolik, yang diadakan pada 31 Maret 1272 di Lyon, Kerajaan Arles (sekarang Prancis), pada 1274. Paus Gregorius X memimpin konsili tersebut, menyerukan agar kaisar Bizantium Mikael VIII menyatukan kembali gereja Timur dengan gereja Barat. Konsili tersebut dihadiri oleh sekitar 300 uskup, 60 abbas dan lebih dari seribu prelatus atau prokurator mereka, beberapa diantaranya adalah perwakilan universitas.
