Kit Harington

Christopher Catesby "Kit" Harington (lahir 26 Desember 1986) adalah seorang aktor Inggris. Harington lahir di Acton, London. Ia belajar akting di sekolah drama dan membintangi adaptasi War Horse di National Theatre. Film pertamanya adalah Silent Hill: Revelation (2012). Sejak itu ia terlibat dalam berbagai film seperti film sejarah romansa Pompeii (2014), film fantasi animasi How to Train Your Dragon 2 (2014), dan film drama Britania Testament of Youth (2014).

Sejak 2011, Harington dikenal sebagai pemeran Jon Snow dalam seri televisi HBO, Game of Thrones. Atas peran tersebut, ia mendapat nominasi Primetime Emmy Award pada tahun 2016. Tahun 2017, Harington menjadi salah satu aktor televisi termahal di dunia dengan bayaran $1,1 juta per episode Game of Thrones.

Harington mulai berkencan dengan lawan mainnya di Game of Thrones, Rose Leslie pada tahun 2012. Mereka mengumumkan pertunangan mereka di harian The Times pada tanggal 27 September 2017. Pada tanggal 23 Juni 2018, pasangan tersebut menikah di Rayne Church, Aberdeenshire, Skotlandia, dilanjutkan dengan resepsi di kastil milik keluarga Leslie, Wardhill Castle.
