Kampanye Prancis di Mesir dan Suriah (1798–1801) adalah kampanye Napoleon Bonaparte di wilayah Utsmaniyah Mesir dan Suriah, dalam rangka mempertahankan kepentingan dagang Prancis, mendapatkan aliansi langsung lebih lanjut dengan Tipu Sultan, melemahkan akses Inggris ke India, dan menghimpun kepentingan saintifik di kawasan tersebut. Peristiwa tersebut adalah tujuan utama dari kampanye Laut Tengah 1798, serangkaian pertikaian angkatan laut yang meliputi perebutan Malta.
