Kafr Batna (Arab: كفر بطنا, juga disebut Kfar Batna dan Kafar Batna) adalah sebuah kota di Kegubernuran Rif Dimashq di selatan Suriah dan anak kota Damaskus. Kota tersebut berjarak sekitar 4 kilometer (2,5 mi) dari timur wilayah Bab Sharqi. Kafr Batna memiliki populasi sejumlah 22,535 pada 2004.
