John David Landis (lahir 3 Agustus 1950) merupakan seorang aktor, sutradara, penulis, dan produser berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Dia menjadi terkenal saat menyutradarai film utamanya seperti The Kentucky Fried Movie (1977) dan National Lampoon's Animal House (1978). Dia dilahirkan di Chicago.
