Jeffrey Thomas Donovan (lahir 11 Mei 1968) adalah aktor asal Amerika Serikat. Dia memerankan Michael Westen dalam serial televisi Burn Notice dan membintangi film-film seperti Hitch, Believe in Me, Changeling dan Come Early Morning. Ia memerankan Robert F. Kennedy di film arahan Clint Eastwood, J. Edgar (2011) dan memerankan saudaranya John F. Kennedy di LBJ arahan Rob Reiner. Dia menjadi peran pendukung di musim kedua serial TV Fargo (2015).
