Barbara Jane Horrocks (lahir 18 Januari 1964) adalah seorang aktris asal Inggris. Dia bermain di serial sitkom berjudul, Absolutely Fabulous. Dia mendapatkan nominasi Olivier Award for Best Actress untuk perannya di lakon drama The Rise and Fall of Little Voice, dan menerima penghargaan Golden Globe juga nominasi BAFTA lewat andilnya pada film Little Voice. Dia memulai karirnya di Royal Shakespeare Company.
