Jane Seymour Fonda (lahir di New York City, New York 21 Desember 1937) adalah seorang aktris, aktivis, dan mantan peraga busana berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Beliau memenangkan Academy Award sebagai Aktris Terbaik sebanyak dua kali, yaitu dalam Klute (1971) dan Coming Home (1978). Beliau berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1960.

Kehidupan awal dan pendidikan sunting
Jane Fonda adalah anak dari aktor Henry Fonda dan sosialita Frances Ford Seymour. Jane sempat bersekolah di Vassar College selama dua tahun lalu pergi ke kota New York. Di New York ia mulai bekerja sebagai model dan pada tahun 1958 Jane mempelajari akting di bawah pengawasan Lee Strasberg di Actors Studio.
Karier aktingnya dimulai dalam penampilan di drama Broadway There Was a Little Girl (1960) dan Tall Story (1960). Beliau juga muncul di banyak film di tahun 60-an, termasuk Cat Ballou (1965) dan Barefoot in The Park (1967).
