Jacqueline Ruth "Jacki" Weaver, AO (lahir 25 Mei 1947) merupakan seorang aktris film, televisi dan teater Australia. Ia dikenal luas karena perannya sebagai aktris dalam film Animal Kingdom (2010) dan Silver Linings Playbook (2012), keduanya mendapatkan nominasi Academy Awards kategori aktris pendukung terbaik.

Jacki Weaver lahir di Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Ibunya, Edith Simpson, merupakan imigran Britania Raya, dan ayahnya, Arthur Weaver, merupakan pengacara di kota Sydney.
