Iwan Rheon (pengucapan bahasa Wales: [ˈɪuan ˈr̥ɛɔn]; lahir 13 Mei 1985) adalah aktor, penyanyi, dan musisi Wales. Ia dikenal sebagai pemeran Ramsay Bolton dalam seri Game of Thrones di HBO dan Simon Bellamy dalam seri Misfits di E4, Ash Weston dalam sitkom Vicious di ITV. Ia memerankan Maximus dalam seri Marvel Cinematic Universe Inhumans.
