Irwan Sjarkawi (lahir di Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat, tahun 1946) adalah seorang profesional Indonesia yang menjabat sebagai Presiden Komisaris PT Bakrie and Brothers Tbk sejak tahun 2004. Ia bergabung pada Bakrie & Brothers sejak tahun 1998, lalu pada tahun 1999 sampai 2002 dipercaya menjabat presiden direktur atau CEO. Selanjutnya pada tahun 2002-2004 mendapat promosi untuk menduduki posisi komisaris.

Irwan Sjarkawi lahir di Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat pada tahun 1946.
Pendidikan sunting
Irwan merupakan lulusan jurusan Teknologi Komunikasi Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) pada tahun 1973, dan mendalami elektronik digital di International Institute of Philips, Eindhoven, Belanda pada tahun 1974. Irwan juga pernah menerima penghargaan setingkat doctor dari Harvard John F Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, Amerika Serikat pada tahun 2002.
