Iroquois (/[invalid input: 'icon']ˈɪrəkwɔɪ/ atau /[invalid input: 'icon']ˈɪrəkwɑː/), dikenal pula sebagai Haudenosaunee atau "Suku Rumah Panjang", adalah konfederasi yang terdiri dari beberapa bangsa dan suku pribumi Amerika Utara. Pada abad ke-16 atau sebelumnya, setelah suku berbahasa Iroquois di wilayah yang sekarang menjadi New York tengah dan utara bersatu, mereka membentuk asosiasi bernama Liga Iroquois, atau "Liga Perdamaian dan Kekuatan". Suku Iroquois adalah masyarakat yang matriarkal. Mereka mempunyai ibu klan atau wanita utama di liga tersebut.

Liga Iroquois awalnya bernama Lima Bangsa, karena terdiri dari bangsa Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, dan Seneca. Setelah bangsa Tuscarora bergabung tahun 1772, liga ini berubah nama menjadi Enam Bangsa. Liga ini dipimpin oleh Dewan Agung yang terdiri dari lima puluh sachem yang diturunkan. Suku Iroquois lainnya menetap di pinggiran Sungai St. Lawrence, di sekitar Danau-Danau Besar, dan Amerika Tenggara, namun bukan bagian dari Haudenosaunee dan justru sering terlibat konflik dengan suku-suku lain.

Saat bangsa Eropa tiba di Amerika Utara, suku Haudenosaunee menetap di Amerika Serikat Timur Laut, kebanyakan di New York Hulu di sebelah barat Sungai Hudson dan di seluruh kawasan Finger Lakes. Hari ini, suku Iroquois kebanyakan tinggal di New York, Quebec, dan Ontario.

Liga Iroquois juga dikenal dengan sebutan Konfederasi Iroquois. Sejumlah ahli modern malah membedakan Liga dan Konfederasi. Menurut penafsiran tersebut, Liga Iroquois merujuk pada institusi seremonial dan budaya yang tersematkan dalam Dewan Agung, sementara Konfederasi Iroquois adalah badan politik dan diplomatik terdesentralisasi yang muncul sebagai respon terhadap kolonisasi Eropa.
