Irene Fenwick (nee Irene Frizell, 5 September 1887 – 24 Desember 1936) adalah seorang aktris panggung juga film asal Amerika Serikat. Ia menikah dengan aktor Lionel Barrymore dari 1923 sampai kematiannya pada tahun 1936. Fenwick memiliki beberapa film fitur yang masih hidup dari produksinya untuk Layanan Film Fitur Kleine-Edison, yang juga memiliki banyak celana pendek yang masih ada di Perpustakaan Kongres.
