Interleukin-5

Interleukin-5, IL-5 (bahasa Inggris: eosinophil colony-stimulating factor, EDF, TRF) adalah sitokina sekresi sel T_H yang berperan dalam perkembangan dan diferensiasi sel B dan eosinofil.

Peningkatan rasio IL-5 dilaporkan terkait dengan asma dan sindrom hipereosinofilik, seperti eosinofilia. Tingginya rasio IL-5 juga ditemukan pada penderita penyakit Graves dan tiroiditis Hashimoto.
