Ibu-Ibu Plaza de Mayo (bahasa Spanyol: Asociación Madres de Plaza de Mayo) adalah sebuah asosiasi ibu-ibu Argentina yang anak-anaknya "menghilang" pada masa terorisme negara kediktatoran militer, antara 1976 dan 1983. Mereka terorganisir saat berusaha untuk mengajarkan apa yang terjadi kepada anak-anak, dan dimulai dengan pawai pada 1977 di Plaza de Mayo, Buenos Aires, di depan istana presidensial Casa Rosada
