Henry John Temple, 3rd Viscount Palmerston, KG, GCB, PC, FRS (20 Oktober 1784 – 18 Oktober 1865), adalah seorang negarawan Inggris yang dua kali menjabat sebagai Perdana Menteri pada aba dke-19. Selama sebagian besar 1830 sampai 1865, ia mendominasi kebijakan asing Inggris saat Inggris berada di puncak kekuatannya.
