Gempa bumi Kreta (tahun) 365 adalah gempa bumi bawah laut yang terjadi pada saat menjelang fajar tanggal 21 Juli 365 di Mediterania timur, dengan episenter di dekat pulau Kreta. Geologis memperkirakan kekuatan gempa ini sekitar 8 atau lebih dalam skala Richter, menyebabkan hancurnya Yunani tengah dan selatan, Libya utara, Siprus, dan Sisilia. Di Kreta, hampir seluruh kota hancur.
