François Bernier (1625 – 22 September 1688) adalah seorang dokter dan penjelajah Prancis. Ia lahir di Joué-Etiau, Anjou. Ia adalah dokter pribadi untuk putra sulung Shah Jahan yakni Pangerang Dara Shikoh selama sekitar 12 tahun saat ia singgah di India.
