Floor Jansen (lahir 21 Februari 1981) adalah seorang penyanyi sopran berkebangsaan Belanda. Memulai karier pada tahun 1997 sebagai vokalis dan penulis lagu . Saat ini dia merupakan vokalis dari grup musik simfonik metal Nightwish dari Finlandia dan grup musik metal ReVamp dari Belanda.

After Forever (1997–2009) sunting

Jansen masuk sebagai anggota grup musik Apocalypse (nama awal grup musik After Forever) saat baru berusia enam belas tahun pada tahun 1997. Tiga tahun kemudian After Forever mengeluarkan album pertama mereka Prison of Desire. Kemampuannya untuk menyanyikan lagu rock dan musik klasik membuat namanya cepat dikenal di komunitas pencinta musik metal.

Jansen mulai serius belajar musik di Akademi Rock Belanda pada tahun 1999 dan masuk sekolah musik lanjutan tiga tahun kemudian. Di sekolah itu dia belajar musik teater dan opera.

Jansen bisa memainkan alat musik gitar, piano, flute dan telah menyelesaikan studi musik selama beberapa tahun.
