Eustathios dari Thessalonika (bahasa Yunani: Εὐστάθιος; c. 1115 – 1195/6) adalah sejarawan dan pendeta Yunani Bizantium. Dia berasal dari Konstantinopel dan menjadi uskup agung Thessalonika. Dia terkenal atas catatan sejarahnya mengenai penyerangan kota oleh Bangsa Norman pada tahun 1185. Karyanya yang lain adalah ulasan mengenai Homeros.
