Etika kepedulian adalah teori etika normatif yang memegang keyakinan bahwa tindakan moral terpusat pada hubungan interpersonal dan kepedulian atau kecintaan sebagai nilai. Etika tersebut adalah salah satu inti teori etika normatif yang dikembangkan oleh kaum feminis pada paruh kedua abad kedua puluh.
