Karier Sunting
Selain memproduseri film, Thomas bekerja sebagai pengawas naskah sepanjang 1990-an dan menjadi asisten sutradara Stephen Frears untuk film High Fidelity (2000).
Pendidikan Sunting
Thomas lulus dari University College London, tempat ia bertemu Nolan. Ia telah memproduseri seluruh film Nolan sejak 1997. Mereka bersama-sama mengoperasikan rumah produksi Syncopy Inc.
Kehidupan pribadi Sunting
Per 2013, Thomas dan Nolan tinggal bersama empat anak mereka di Los Angeles.
