José Efraín Ríos Montt (pengucapan bahasa Spanyol: [efɾaˈin ˈri.os ˈmont]; 16 Juni 1926 – 1 April 2018) adalah seorang politikus dan perwira Guatemala; ia menjabat sebagai Presiden Guatemala dari 1982 sampai 1983. Ia adalah seorang jenderal angkatan darat pada masa jabatannya, setelah kudeta pada 1982.
