Eddie Deezen (lahir 6 April 1957) adalah seorang aktor dan komedian Amerika. Dia memainkan bagian-bagian kecil sebagai nerd karakter pada film 1970-an dan 1980-an seperti Grease, Grease 2, Midnight Madness, I Wanna Hold Your Hand, 1941, dan WarGames. Dia membintangi Surf II: The End of the Trilogy, Mob Boss, Beverly Hills Vamp, dan Teenage Exorcist.

Edward Harry Deezen lahir di Cumberland, Maryland, putra Irma dan Robert Deezen. Dia dibesarkan Jewish. Seorang badut kelas di masa mudanya, Deezen memulai dengan aspirasi menjadi seorang stand-up comedian, pindah ke Hollywood dalam beberapa hari setelah lulus SMA untuk mengejar karir. Sebagai seorang komedian, dia tampil setidaknya tiga kali The Comedy Store, meski akhirnya memutuskan untuk meninggalkan stand-up dan fokus pada akting setelah mengebom aksi terakhirnya dan mengalami kesulitan menghafal rutinitasnya. Dezeen mencoba berdiri untuk terakhir kalinya, ketika dia muncul di sebuah episode The Gong Show pada pertengahan 1970-an, hanya untuk digaungkan oleh penyanyi-penulis lagu Paul Williams.
